Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or through your account dashboard to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Fixture
Ensure the item is uninstalled and securely packed in its original manufacturer's box, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective padding.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the shipping carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the fixture for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
